Blackbeard, reigns over a rogue state of thieves, outlaws along with miscreant sailors. Part shanty-town, a part marauder's heaven, this is an area like no other on earth - and also a mounting threat to commerce. To obtain control with this society that was gruesome, Tom Lowe, an extremely proficient assassin that was undercover, is sent to the buccaneers' haven to take down the Blackbeard. However, the closer Lowe gets, the further he sees that his quest isn't too simple. Low e can not help but admire the ideals of Blackbeard, whose thirst for knowledge knows no bounds - without law. However, Lowe is only one threat to Blackbeard's rule. He's a guy with one great weakness and villainous rivals - a driven woman whom he cannot deny.
